To ensure the continued stability, performance, and security of our platform, we will be conducting a major infrastructure upgrade on our Amazon EKS clusters and machine images (AMI). This scheduled maintenance allows us to deploy critical orchestration updates and security patches across our GPU-accelerated environment.
The maintenance window is scheduled to begin on Wednesday, June 3, at 11:00 PM CDT and is expected to last for approximately five hours, concluding at 4:00 AM CDT on Thursday, June 4.
During this five-hour period, the Vaidio service portal and associated AI analytics workloads may experience intermittent connectivity or brief periods of downtime as our cluster nodes are updated and cycled. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we perform these essential updates to harden and optimize our core infrastructure.

The maintenance window will begin on Tuesday, May 12, at 8:00 PM CDT and is expected to last for approximately five hours, concluding at 1:00 AM CDT on Wednesday, May 13.
During this time, the Vaidio service portal and associated AI analytics services may experience periods of downtime or intermittent connectivity as we cycle our cluster nodes and update core system images. We have chosen this window to minimize disruption to our global users and appreciate your patience while we perform these critical updates to strengthen our service infrastructure.

2026-04-27 - Scheduled Security Upgrade: Root Volume Encryption
As part of our ongoing commitment to data protection and infrastructure security, we will be performing a critical upgrade to encrypt our root device volumes. To complete this security enhancement, the service portal and associated systems will undergo maintenance starting tomorrow, Monday, April 27, at 8:00 PM CDT and concluding on Tuesday, April 28, at 1:00 AM CDT.
While we aim for maximum uptime, users may experience intermittent service interruptions or brief periods of downtime during this five-hour window. This upgrade adds an essential layer of protection to our core infrastructure, ensuring your data remains secure at the foundational level. 2026-04-19 - Infrastructure Security Update: EKS AMI Upgrade
We will be performing a scheduled upgrade of our EKS node images to the latest version (v20260409) for Amazon Linux 2023. This proactive maintenance ensures our cluster infrastructure is protected against the latest security threats while maintaining optimal compatibility with our NVIDIA-driven processing workloads. We anticipate minimal disruption to services during this transition.
2026-04-13 - Critical Security Update: OS Package Patching
To resolve recently identified software vulnerabilities, we will be performing an operating system package upgrade across several core servers. This maintenance affects all EC2 instances These updates are essential for maintaining our security compliance and platform stability. Users may experience brief periods of latency or intermittent access to the service portal during the patching process.
2026-04-02 - System Inspection: SP-DevMon Instance Maintenance
We have scheduled a brief maintenance window for the an EC2 instance. The system will be temporarily shut down to allow our engineers to perform a manual check of system parameters and verify the integrity of the Amazon Machine Image (AMI). We expect this internal monitoring tool to be offline for a short duration, with no impact on the primary Vaidio production services.
2026-03-25 - Scheduled Maintenance: EKS Node Image Update
To ensure our infrastructure remains current with the latest performance optimizations, we will be upgrading our EKS node images to the NVIDIA-optimized version v20260304 (AL2023). This update is part of our routine lifecycle management to provide the most stable environment for our GPU-accelerated AI analytics. Brief intermittent connectivity may occur as nodes are cycled.
2026-01-27 - Upcoming Infrastructure Maintenance: EKS Upgrade to 1.33
We will be upgrading our Amazon EKS clusters from version 1.32 to 1.33 to take advantage of the latest orchestration features and security enhancements. This maintenance will also include an update of our GPU machine images to version v20260120. While we have identified two high-priority vulnerabilities remaining in this specific vendor release, our team has implemented monitoring safeguards to mitigate risks until the subsequent patch. 2025-12-09 - Essential Maintenance: Operating System Patch and Brief Service Interruption
To maintain the highest level of security and resolve recently identified vulnerabilities, we will be performing essential Operating System (OS) patching across our infrastructure.
This crucial security update requires a system reboot, which will result in a brief service interruption of at least 10 minutes.
The maintenance is scheduled for Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at 4:30 AM CST.
