1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Vaidio VSaaS platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you (the 'Customer') and Vaidio Inc. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.


2. Services

Vaidio provides access to its video analysis platform as described in associated Sign-Up Forms. Services are delivered free of charge and limited to non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing.


3. Use of Public and Uploaded Data
  1. Public Streams: Public video streams provided by Vaidio may only be used within the Vaidio VSaaS platform. Reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.
  2. Uploaded Data: User-uploaded video streams or files are accessible only to the uploading user and will be deleted after sign-off. Users are responsible for ensuring that uploaded content does not violate any third-party rights.

4. Data Privacy and Protection

Vaidio treats user data confidentially. Uploaded data is only used for platform processing and is deleted after the analysis unless retained by prior agreement. Users are responsible for the legality of the data provided.


5. Term and Termination

This agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party. A party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Upon termination, access to the service ceases, and all associated data is deleted.


6. Intellectual Property

Vaidio retains ownership of all software, trademarks, and content. Feedback submitted may be used without compensation.


7. Limitation of Liability

Vaidio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services.


8. General Provisions

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Connecticut, USA.

Vaidio uses cookies and similar technologies like single-pixel gifs and web beacons. Vaidio uses both session-based and persistent cookies. Vaidio sets and accesses cookies on the domains operated by Vaidio and its corporate affiliates (collectively, the “Sites”).

These cookies (Vaidio may uses Google Analytics) allow us to count visits and traffic sources so we can measure and improve the performance of our site. They help us to know which pages are the most and least popular and see how visitors move around the site.
